Verification of Competency (VOC) assessment is a pathway that employers can take to confirm that their staff are competent operators. This method of assessment is being widely used by various industries for pre-employment purposes or pre-commencement to contract employment.

VOC assessment is a method to ensure that your staff can operate your machinery safely and in accordance with site requirements. VOC also means a dollar saving by having your operators assessed to confirm that they are competent rather than find out later that they are not and the machinery has been damaged due to poor operator skills.

Safelift Consultancy can conduct Verification of Competency Assessment/s on site to ensure that productivity will continue. The assessment can be conducted while your staff are working saving you the need to provide temporary staff as the assessment is taking place.

Note: If the Verification of Competency Assessment finds your staff are not competent you will be advised of the gap training that they will need to have.

 

Fee:

•  0 – 4 hours – $600.00
•  4 – 8 hours – $1200.00

 

• Travel to Site –  Within 60km Radius – $20.00 Fuel Levy
• Travel to Site  – Outside 60km Radius – $2.00 per km
