Anchor Devices (Movable)

Any personal fall protection and rescue system depends on a reliable anchor device or attachment point. Anchors must be strong enough to withstand the maximum dynamic force if a person falls from a height. Honor has developed a range of movable anchor devices for various conditions that can be set up as needed.

Correct selection is vital. The situation may be a vertical, eccentric or horizontal manhole, or an over-the-edge application. This determines whether the movable anchor device is suitable or not. Should the user only be attached to a means of access or also to a fall protection system? The choice of anchor point also affects if the work can be carried out safely.
